Our alley gathers the largest number of artists under one roof, here you can meet and communicate with like-minded people, and get a great opportunity to show your works to people who are really interested in, in the most favorable atmosphere for this. Find new friends, and recharge with inspiration and creative energy for the whole year!
To participate in the alley of artists of Comic Con Ukraine read the following terms and conditions and apply for participation.
Cost of participation in the alley of artists:
Place (including a table and a chair) for participation in the alley of artists is provided free of charge if you buy a standard ticket to the event (one or two days, respectively).
Artist buys a ticket on a general basis, but has a participant bracelet and priority entry without a queue.
To get a special bracelet, you must go to the "Participants" window at the box office and present your ticket.
Terms of participation:
1. Form of the participant of the alley of Comic Con Ukraine must be filled up in your personal account by pre-registering on the website entry.comiccon.ua
2. Completed application form for participation should be sent for consideration before August 1 inclusively. Processing of application form may take some time, please follow the messages received by email, as well as check the spam mailbox.
3. Place on the alley of artists is available only if your application has been accepted.
4. You choose the date and time of your stay on the alley of artists. Please note that the number of places and time intervals is limited.
5. System selects automatically the number of the table and its placement based on the serial number of the table and availability.
6. We will support all participants of the alley by advertising in social networks. For timely and successful implementation of this process, you must provide us with a completed form of participant of Comic Con Ukraine, along with the following materials:
- examples of your works (at least four works of at least 1080х1080 pixels);
- text for the announcement, in Ukrainian, from 100 to 1000 characters (introduce yourself to the audience);
- image for announcement in Instagram (1080x1080 pixels);
7. We will wait for the completed and submitted form of the participant of the alley of Comic Con Ukraine from you as soon as possible, however by September 8 inclusively.
8. Work mode of Comic Con Ukraine alley:
- September 21, Saturday, 12.00-22.00;
- September 22, Sunday, 11.00-21.00.
9. Please, one hour before the beginning of your time, be on the territory of the festival, find your place and be ready to take it, and arrange it. At the beginning of your time, the place should already be organized.
10. Works performed at the festival for sale should not offend the ethnic or religious feelings of visitors and adhere to the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.
11. Participants of the alley of artists of Comic Con Ukraine festival are fully and independently responsible for:
- all possible violations of the rights of third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights in the implementation of trading activities on the territory of Comic Con Ukraine;
- all possible violations of the rights of third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights when providing us with images;
- their actions and possible violations of the legislation of Ukraine at Comic Con Ukraine festival;
- accuracy of the data provided to us in the application form and in the form of the participant of the alley of Comic Con Ukraine;
- storage of stand property and personal belongings during the festival.
12. On the territory of Comic Con Ukraine alley it is prohibited:
- to smoke (tobacco products, hookahs, electronic cigarettes and wapes);
- to use alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances, and also to be in the state of alcohol/drug intoxication;
- to carry fire, cold, gas weapons (including gas cartridges), prickly, cutting, flammable, explosive items, pyrotechnics;
- to carry narcotic substances;
- to show aggression to others;
- to advertise other events and conduct any agitation (without the consent of the organizers).
13. Organizers of Comic Con Ukraine festival are not liable for :
- your personal belongings, as well as for the storage of your property during the festival;
- lost personal belongings or property of alley participants;
- your actions and trade activities on the territory of Comic Con Ukraine festival;
14. Organizers reserve the right to:
- refuse a participant who submitted a completed application form for participation, without explaining the reason;
- supplement this current list of terms of cooperation;
- take all necessary measures for the safety of visitors to the event, during Comic Con Ukraine festival, in the event of a possible violation of alley conditions of cooperation and/or the current legislation of Ukraine.
15. By applying for participation in the alley, you hereby confirm that you are familiar with the rules of the participation of the artists' alley and accept them.
