Comic Con Ukraine Festival is an event that will divide the lives of everyone who is fond of popular culture, for before and after.
You can become a participant in the theme market of the festival and share this grand holiday with us.
On the market you will have the opportunity not only to personally contact your target audience, but also to significantly expand it. So do not miss the moment, and declare yourself and your business to people who are really interested in it, in the most favorable atmosphere for this - on the largest thematic market in Ukraine.
To participate it is necessary to:

- apply for participation in the specified period
Terms of distribution of trading places and cost:
1. Green sector (sector for hand made masters)
The place is designed for 1-2 sellers, and the type of product that you plan to place on the table size 90X90 cm:
- We provide 90x90 cm table and 1 chair.
- Such trading place does NOT provide additional designs/stands/shelves/cabinets/banners near the table, only our or your table 90x90cm and 1 chair.
The cost of renting such a place for 2 days of the festival (for both days) is 2000 UAH. (excluding VAT)
2. Purple sector (200x100cm)
The place is designed for 1-2 sellers, and the type of product that you plan to place on the area of 200x100cm
- We provide 2 tables 90X90 cm, and 1-2 chairs. Such trading place does NOT include additional furniture or structures behind the tables.
- It is possible instead of our tables and chairs to install your design/stand/tables/shelves/cabinets/hangers, only on condition that the total area of the trading place does not exceed the area of 2 sq. m. (200x100cm), and will not be higher than 2m.
The cost of renting such a place for 2 days of the festival (for both days) is 5000 UAH. (excluding VAT)
3. Yellow sector 4 m2 (square 200x200cm)
Place is designed for 1-2 sellers, 2 tables 90Х90см, 1-2 chairs.
- We provide 2 tables 90X90 cm, and 1-2 chairs.
- Such trading place assumes your additional design/shelves/cabinet/banner behind our tables, but on condition that the total area of the trading place does not exceed the area of 4 sq. m. (200x200cm), and will not be higher than 2m.
- It is possible instead of our tables and chairs to install your design/stand/tables/shelves/cabinets/hangers, only if the total area of the trading place does not exceed the area of 4 m2 (200x200cm), and will not be higher than 2m.
The cost of renting such a place for 2 days of the festival (for both days) is 10000 UAH. (excluding VAT)
4. Blue sector 6 m2 (300X200cm)
The place is designed for 1-3 sellers, 3 tables 90x90cm, or 5 tables 90X90 (put them U-shaped) and 1-3 chairs.
- We provide 3 tables 90X90 cm, or 5 tables 90X90 (put them U-shaped) and 1-3 chairs.
- It is possible instead of our tables and chairs, or behind them, to install your designs/stands/tables/shelves/cabinets/hangers/banners, only on condition that the total area of the trading place does not exceed an area of 6 sq. m. (300x200cm), and will not be higher than 2m.
The cost of renting such a place for 2 days of the festival (for both days) is 15000 UAH. (excluding VAT)
5. Orange sector 8 m2 (400x200cm)
The place is designed for 1-4 sellers, 4 tables 90smx90sm, or 6 tables 90x90sm (put them U-shaped) and 1-4 chairs.
- We provide 4 tables 90X90 cm, or 6 tables 90x90cm (put them U-shaped) and 1-4 chairs.
- Such trading place involves your additional design/stand/shelf/cabinet/banner/hanger instead of 1-2 of our tables.
- It is possible instead of our tables and chairs, or behind them to install your design/stand/table/shelf/cabinet/banners, only on condition that the total area of the trading place does not exceed the area of 8 sq. m. (400x200cm), and will not be higher than 2m.
The cost of renting such a place for 2 days of the festival (for both days) is 20000 UAH. (excluding VAT)
6. Red sector 10 m2 (500x200cm)
The place is designed for 1-5 sellers, 5-7 tables 90X90, 1-5 chairs
- We provide 5-7 tables 90X90 cm, and 1-5 chairs.
- This place of sale involves your additional design/stand/shelf/wardrobe/banner/hanger instead of 1-2-3 of our tables.
- It is possible instead of our tables and chairs, or behind them to install your design/stand/table/shelf/cabinet/banners, only on condition that the total area of the trading space does not exceed the area of 10 m2 (500x200cm), and will not be higher than 2m.
The cost of renting such a place for 2 days of the festival (for both days) is 25000 UAH. (excluding VAT)
7. If you need an area on the market of more than 10 m2 - inform the manager (contact information see in paragraph 20), they will choose an individual option for you.
Terms of cooperation:
1. Fully completed application form must be sent by August 1, inclusive. Fully completed means containing all the necessary images, links and texts for announcements.
2. Application form of the participant of the market Comic Con Ukraine need to be filled in your personal account after registering on the website entry.comiccon.ua (be sure to check the mailbox “Spam” for the letter confirming your registration on the website)
3. We will support all participants of the market by advertising in social networks and on the website of Comic Con Ukraine. To implement this process, your application form must contain the following materials:
- logo of the brand you represent, not less than 1024x1024, preferably PNG;
- 1 short text to be placed on the website, next to your logo, in Ukrainian;
- 1 or more images (good and high quality photos of your products) for the announcement on Instagram and Facebook;
- 1 text for the announcement in Instagram and Facebook, in Ukrainian, from 100 to 500 characters (introduce yourself);
4. Depending on the specified area and your wishes, we provide tables and chairs.
You do not need to pay extra for provided tables and chairs.
Attention: glass showcases, portable constructions, cabinets, etc are not provided.
5. Layout (scheme) to select the place is provided by manager only for those participants whose application forms for participation are accepted. Participants will receive a layout first come, first served (the place is chosen by the one who sent the participant's application form earlier).
6. The participant can take part in the Comic Con Ukraine market only on condition of full prepayment of the rental price to the date specified by the manager (late August early September).
7. All participants of the market should bring products and equipment to the territory of the Art-zavod Platforma and carry out the installation of the trading place only in advance, namely on Friday, September 20: from 10.00 to 22.00. Installation of the place and delivery of bulky goods on Saturday is not allowed. (for market security, see paragraph 15 )
8. Participants of the market will be provided with passes-bracelets, allowing on Saturday and Sunday (September 21-22) to pass free of charge on the territory of the festival, on the principle: 1 pass - 1 m2 of rented area, 2 passes — 2-4 m2 of rented area, 3 passes — 6m2 of rented area, 4-5 passes — 8-10 m2 of rented area.
9. Market work mode of Comic Con Ukraine:
- Saturday, from 12.00 to 22.00
- Sunday, from 11.00 to 21.00
10. Closing of trading place:
- on Saturday, not earlier than at 21.00;
- on Sunday, not earlier than at 20.00;
- dismantling of stands and packing: on Sunday after 21.00 to 00.00, on Monday from 8.00 to 16.00.
11. The beginning of the organization of your trading place during the festival (you can enter the territory with a bracelet-pass through the main entrance):
- on Saturday, from 8.00 am, but not later than at 9.00 am;
- on Sunday, from 8.00, but no later than at 9.00 am.
12. All participants of the market who received the furniture should hand over to the Manager the same amount of furniture that was accepted. It is not allowed to leave the festival without making the act of transferring the furniture.
13. Participants of the market of Comic Con Ukraine festival take full and independent responsibility for:
- all possible violations of the rights of third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights in the implementation of trading activities on the territory of the market Comic Con Ukraine;
- their actions and possible violations of the legislation of Ukraine at Comic Con Ukraine festival;
- accuracy of the data provided to us in the application form and in the form of the participant of the market of Comic Con Ukraine;
- all possible violations of the rights of third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights when providing us with images;
- storage of stand property and personal belongings during the festival.
14. On the territory of the market Comic Con Ukraine it is prohibited:
- to smoke (tobacco products, hookahs, electronic cigarettes and wapes);
- to use alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances, and also to be in the state of alcohol/drug intoxication;
- to carry fire, cold, gas weapons (including gas cartridges), prickly, cutting, flammable, explosive items, pyrotechnics;
- to carry narcotic substances;
- to show aggression to others;
- to advertise other events and conduct any agitation (without the consent of the organizers).
15. Organizers of Comic Con Ukraine festival will provide:
- security of the market area at night, after the end of the day program, and release it from visitors;
- volunteers assistance during the work of the market;
- access to electrical grid (by prior arrangement).
16. Organizers of Comic Con Ukraine festival are not liable for:
- your personal belongings, as well as for the storage of stand property during the festival;
- lost personal belongings or stand property of market participants;
- your actions and trade activities on the territory of Comic Con Ukraine festival;
17. Organizers reserve the right to:
- refuse a participant who submitted a completed application form for participation, without explaining the reason;
- supplement this current list of terms of cooperation;
- take all necessary measures for the safety of visitors to the event, during Comic Con Ukraine festival, in the event of a possible violation of the market conditions of cooperation and/or the current legislation of Ukraine.
18. Organizers of Comic Con Ukraine festival reimburse the paid rent only in case of cancellation of the event.
19. By applying for participation in the market of Comic Con Ukraine festival you confirm that you are familiar with the rules of participation in the market, agree with them and accept them.
20. Placement in market area is carried out by manager of market area Daria.
